Patient, Physician, and 360 Degree Satisfaction Surveys
UNCPN Senior Leadership has the goal to create a positive experience for patients who seek services at our clinics, and for the employees who work at these locations. The Patient Satisfaction Survey permits patients to evaluate the services provided to them, the Physician Satisfaction Survey permits physicians to evaluate the environment within which they work, and the 360 Degree Survey is the mechanism for staff to evaluate the physicians in their clinic.
The Patient Satisfaction Survey is in the midst of transition as we switch to Press Ganey and conform with the “The Clinician and Group Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CGCAHPS)” survey required for the Patient-Centered Medical Home program.
Patients who appreciate the care they’ve received are likely to return and to tell others of a positive experience. To ensure a consistent and positive experience for our patients, it is critical that employees take pride in the place they work and in having an environment that supports the provision of quality patient care.
As with all survey products, our goal is to achieve 100% satisfaction across all measured dimensions. Scored results and verbatim comments are shared with stakeholders to identify and implement actions to improve the services and environment across clinics.
