UNC Hospitals Advanced Life Support Program

This page contains information about American Heart Association courses at UNC Healthcare.

The UNC Hospitals Advanced Life Support (ALS) Office provides ALS classes for employees of UNC Hospitals and their affiliates. Those not employed by UNCH and affiliates are invited to look at our class schedule and inquire about availibility, fees and other class related information.

Since AHA focuses on interdisciplinary care of the peri-arrest and acute arrest patient, we strive to have participants and instructors from a variety of healthcare professions at each class.

American Heart Association Classes

UNCH employees looking for an American Heart Association class should use the UNCH Learning Management System (LMS) to find a class and to enroll.

Persons not affiliated with UNCH (guests) and who do not have access to the UNCH LMS may locate a class at one of the links below.  Click on the link for the class you need, find a class that fits your schedule and email us at the address provided to inquire about availibility, fees and other requirements.
