Welcome to the home page for UNC Home Health! "Home is Where our Care is" - UNC Home Health extends the need for skilled medical care to homebound adults who have continuing health care needs but do not need acute hospitalization. Services under home health include Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Home Health Aides, Medical Social Work, and Dietician.

Hours of Operation

 
Office Hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except agency holidays.

After Hours coverage is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A Registered Nurse is on call to accept patient calls, referrals for service and arrange for patient emergencies as needed.
