Please ensure that you bring your medical insurance card and the names/doses of any medications you are taking. If you have received care outside UNC Health Care and you are a new patient, please request that your medical record be sent to us. After Hours Care
If a life-threatening emergency occurs, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. If you become sick after hours, please call us at (919) 966-3820 and our nursing staff will answer any questions you may have and direct you to appropriate care. 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. for acute care walk-ins, Monday-Friday.
8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. by appointment (acute care, follow-up care and preventive services), Monday-Friday.
5 p.m. - 6 p.m. for acute care appointments, Monday-Thursday. Please note there is an after hours fee.
6 p.m. - 8 p.m. for acute care appointments on Friday at the Highgate location (Telephone: (919) 806-3335. Please note there is an after hours fee.
8 a.m. - noon for acute care appointments on Saturday morning at the Highgate location (Telephone: (919) 806-3335. Please note there is an after hours fee. Appointments
