This will enable us to assure open slots for our sick patients. Same day visits are welcome. Please ensure that you bring your medical insurance card and the names/doses of any medications your child is taking. If your child has received care outside UNC Health Care and he/she is a new patient, please request that your medical record be sent to us. After Hours Care
If a life-threatening emergency occurs, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. If you become sick after hours, please call us at (919) 966-3820 and our nursing staff will answer any questions you may have and direct you to appropriate care. University Pediatrics at Chapel Hill North Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We do accept walk-ins between the hours of 7:30 am to 8:30 am, Monday through Friday. If you need healthcare after-hours, you can visit our Highgate location in Durham (University Pediatrics at Highgate is located on Highway 54 in Durham, next to Homestead Shopping Center). We are available at Highgate Monday through Friday, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Saturday mornings at 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Appointments
