Please call for an appointment during office hours. Patients with urgent medical problems will be "worked in" the same day if possible. Patients with emergent medical problems should call 911 and be transported to the nearest hospital emergency facility.

If you need to speak with a clinician about an urgent issue after regular office hours, please call the Chatham Hospital number (919) 663-2113 and identify yourself as a CPC patient and ask to have the CPC physician on call return your call. If you have not heard from the on call physician in 15-20 minutes, please call back and make your request again.
