This class is for first time expectant fathers. Topics include: changing diapers, crying babies, finances, taking care of Mom. There will also be opportunities for hands-on experience.

Baby in the Dog's House

This class will teach parents-to-be how to successfully prepare the family dog for the arrival of a new baby.

Infant/Child CPR and Home Safety

This class teaches basic CPR techniques for infants, children and adults.

Moms and Emotions

This class teaches couples about depression and anxiety disorders, by far the most common serious medical complications of pregnancy.

Breastfeeding

This course will acquaint couples with the basics of breastfeeding.

Choosing and Using Childcare

In this class participants learn strategies for finding quality child care for infants, toddlers and school-age children.

Maternity Tours

The Maternity Tour gives parents information on the logistics of coming to the hospital in labor. Included is a brief walking tour of Labor & Delivery and the Maternity Care Center.

Sibling Tours

The Sibling Tour gives children a chance to see where mommy is going to have the baby. Included is a brief activity and a walking tour of Labor & Delivery and the Maternity Care Center.
