The office is open Mondays and Thursdays from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.  Our office is closed for lunch from 12 p.m. (noon) until 1 p.m.

If this is a true medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

For after hours coverage please call UNC Health Care's HealthLink at (888) 267-3675 where trained nurses will answer your questions or refer you to the Doctor on call if appropriate.  When our office is closed Registered Nurses are available at HealthLink to help you with acute illness situations that cannot wait until the next day.  You will receive an individual nursing assessment based upon guidelines approvided by your medical provider.  A complete record of your call to HealthLink will be sent to your medical provider at Highgate Family Medical Center the next day.
