Prescription Refills
Please call or visit your pharmacy first. They will fax us the request for your prescriptions.
If you are unable to contact your pharmacy first, please call our office at (919) 960-7461 and leave a message with your provider's nurse.
Please leave us the following information:

The proper spelling of your first and last name
- Your date of birth
- The name of your medication
Expect to have your prescription called in within three (3) working days. Please be aware some prescriptions require time to refill if your insurance requires pre-authorization, or we may require an appointment with your provider.
Nurse Advice
Please call us at (919) 960-7461 and ask for your medical provider’s nurse. Our regular office hours are from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday except holidays. Our office is closed for lunch from 12 p.m. (noon) until 1 p.m.
If you are unable to speak with someone from our nursing staff, please leave us a message. We will contact you either on the same business day or by the very next business day at the latest.
If you are leaving a message please leave us the following information:
- The proper spelling of your your first and last name
- Your date of birth
- A brief description of your medical question
