Prescription Refill
Please call or visit your pharmacy first. They will fax us the request for your prescriptions.
If you are unable to contact your pharmacy first, please call our office at (919) 732-2909 and leave a message.
Please leave us the following information:
- The proper spelling of the patient's first and last name
- The birth date of the patient
- The name of the patient's medication
Expect to have your prescription called in within three (3) working days. Please be aware some prescriptions may take longer to refill if your insurance requires pre-authorization, or you may require an appointment with our medical providers.
Nurse Advice
Please call our phone number at (919) 732-2909 and ask for your medical provider’s nurse. Our regular office hours are from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday except holidays. Our office is closed for lunch from 12 p.m. (noon) until 1 p.m.
If you are unable to speak with someone from our nursing staff, please leave us a message.
If you are leaving a message please leave us the following information:
- The proper spelling of your patient’s first and last name
- The birth date of the patient
- A brief description of your medical question
- Someone from our nursing staff should respond to your question within the next business day, at the latest.
