Office Policies

Our no show policy:

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please call at least 24 hours before your appointment, if possible. 
• Repeated "no shows' may be discharged from our practices.
• When patients do not show up for their appointment without calling ahead of time it does take away from other patients being able to be seen as soon. 

Parents attending to children policy:

• Children must be accompanied with their parents or guardian at all times in our clinics.
• Please help us keep the children safe and away from any potential harm while in our clinics.
