Directions to Release of Medical Information, Medical Information Management Department, UNC Hospitals

  • Enter through UNC Memorial Hospital main entrance from parking deck.
  • Go up escalator or elevator to 1st floor.
  • Go straight down hallway past Chapel and turn left at first corridor.
  • Release of Medical Information is on left.
