Several weeks before your visit, we will contact you by phone or email to tailor your visit to meet your needs.
Our staff will:
- Arrange for transportation
- Asssist with travel and lodging information
- Schedule appointments
- Coordinate meals and any other needs to make your visit a pleasant experience
Day of Visit:
- Blood panel
- Light breakfast
- Vision, hearing, lung performance, EKG testing
- Nutrition, fitness, stress evaluation
You will receive same day results to review with your physician and determine next steps.
