Human Resources Data Management (HRDM)
The HR Data Management Group provides data and systems support for various HR applications and databases. The support and administration of HR systems may include some of the following:
Database Systems Design/Enhancements, Systems and Data Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Management Reporting and Training. The major applications supported by the HR Data Management group are:
- PREP – Performance Review and Evaluation Program
- STAR – Selecting Talent through Active Recruitment
- GATSBY – Online Web Job Posting
- GEAC – Personnel Records/Recruitment/Position Compensation/Benefits
Other HR related programs supported by the HR Data Management group include:
- Employee Referral database
- Employee Relations database
- FMLA database
- PRISM – Compensation Management tool
- Tuition Reimbursement Assistance (TRA) database
- Work Institute Exit Survey database
HR Data Management also provides ad-hoc reporting services upon request as needed, for employee demographics, EEO, turnover and other statistical reports.
