Learning Opportunities
The Learning & Organizational Development team provides educational programs and workshops to support hospital-wide strategic initiatives such as formal leadership development, team development and staff development. Programs are designed to foster effective and efficient communication, work management, and collaboration among professionals at all levels and can be customized to meet the needs of specific work units.
These opportunities include both instructor-led and online programs. Registration for online and instructor-led classes is through the UNC Health Care Learning Management System.
Multiple opportunities for learning occur both on-site and off-site. A few of the programs available to UNC Heatlh Care leaders and employees are listed below.

Learning & Organizational Development has library materials and audio/video-based courses that can be checked out for personal/team use.
