FitLife Exercise Incentive Program

The FitLife Incentive Program for UNC Health Care Employees is designed to promote activity, fun, and fitness – and it's an easy way to earn free merchandise!!!

How to register:
You’re automatically registered as a FitLife participant the first time you turn in a FitLife Monthly Activities Report.

How to earn FitLife dollars:
1. Participate in UNC Health Care sponsored activities, programs, and events
2. Fill out the appropriate items on the Healthy Lifestyles Sheet
3. Walk 15 miles/300 minutes/100,000 steps
4. Answer the Trivia Quiz questions every month

How to receive FitLife dollars:
1. Complete the FitLife Monthly Activities Report each month and return it by mail to Employee Recreation Services, 9th Floor, Memorial Hospital. Forms are due by the 5th of the following month
2. Your FitLife dollars will be mailed to you, along with a new Monthly Activity Form

How to purchase incentive items:
1. Save your FitLife dollars until you have enough dollars to purchase the item(s) you would like.
2. Complete the FitLife Merchandise Order Form and mail or bring it, along with the appropriate amount of FitLife dollars, to Employee Recreation & Wellness to receive your items.
