How to Apply
All applicants to ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residencies must participate in the match process sponsored by the National Matching Service. Applicants must submit match agreements to the National Matching Service to obtain a match number. Applications and deadlines can be found at the following link: www.natmatch.com/ashprmp/.
The application deadline for all residencies is January 5, 2009. To down load the application forms, right mouse click on application form and select "Save Target as" from the list. Select where the file will be stored on your computer.
All applicants need to complete a UNC Employment Application Form and a supplemental application for Pharmacy Practice or Specialty Practice. Please leave the "Job Class Number", "Type of employment sought", and "Shift(s) available" sections blank on your Employment Application Form and use PGY1 pharmacy residency or PGY2 pharmacy residency for the "Job Class Title" section.
