Program History

The residency program began in 1967 with two residents each year in a combined 24-month MS Residency Program. Since that time, over 250 individuals have graduated from a residency at UNC Hospitals. These individuals are practicing pharmacy all over the world, in settings such as acute care, ambulatory care, academia, and administration.
