- The start date of the closure of all southbound traffic on Columbia will begin on Monday, 13 May. Transit route detours have been planned and were presented at the Transportation Planner’s monthly Transit Operations meeting. New bus route flyers will be published and distributed by Chapel Hill Transit in March and April.
