The mission
of the Volunteer Services Department is to assist the hospital in its
endeavors
to provide
comprehensive health care to the
communities it serves, and provide a meaningful outlet
for the
human need to be of service to others.
Our many
volunteers play an integral role in delivering first-class health
care
to you, your
family, and the entire state of North Carolina.
UNC
Hospitals offers three categories of volunteers: (1) Adult, (2) College
Student, and (3) High School.
