Welcome...
College Volunteers
|
Volunteering at UNC Health Care is a wonderful way to serve others in a meaningful manner, in addition to becoming exposed to the many career opportunities offered in a health care setting. We appreciate your interest in serving the patients at UNC Health Care and look forward to working with you on your volunteer journey! "College" Volunteers include undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education students. Most of our volunteers attend UNC-Chapel Hill, but it is certainly not a requirement. Students who are not taking a full course load and whose schedules do not change by the semester can also volunteer under the Adult Volunteer guidelines. College Volunteers register each semester to allow for class schedule changes. College Volunteer areas and times are assigned on a first come basis during walk-in registration. Some service areas have specific volunteer criteria. That criteria is outlined in the College Volunteer Opportunity List located below. |
