VicNet

Volunteer Login

 What is it?

VicNet is the program we use to store information about our volunteers. Once becoming a volunteer, you will also have access to your own VicNet information from any computer, cell phone, pda, etc. that has an internet connection.

How to use it?

Signing in:You will be provided with a unique username and password when we receive your application and the other required documents.  Once you receive an email from us with this information, you will be able to access VicNet.  In order to get to our VicNet login page you must either come to this page and click on the link which will take you to VicNet or bookmark the VicNet homepage after your 1st visit.
Scheduling:Once you have access to VicNet you can go in and look at the different positions that are open.  You will have the option to sign up for the majority of them, but some require special permission from the volunteer coordinators. This is a good tool to use as it will not only give you a description of all of the available opportunities, but it will tell you the requirements and times that it is available.
Your Profile:Every volunteer has their own profile that not only tells him/her of upcoming volunteer opportunities, but it also logs the number of service hours completed by the volunteer.  Once logged in to VicNet, you can view your completed hours as well as the upcoming volunteer opportunities that you have signed up for.  Changes can be made to your profile (which includes address, phone number, email address, etc.) as well as to your scheduled volunteering dates and times.
