Supplier Diversity Program

UNC Health’s Supplier Diversity Program creates and sustains partnerships with diverse suppliers, including historically underrepresented businesses. We believe in equitable and inclusive business practices that develop, create and sustain connections with diverse suppliers across North Carolina.

Our focus is small, minority-owned, woman-owned, LGBT-owned and veteran-owned businesses, which have been historically underrepresented.

How to Apply:

  1. Get certified as a historically underutilized business (HUB). Businesses must be certified as a HUB before registering as a vendor.
  2. Download and fill out a Vendor Registration Form.
  3. Download and fill out a W-9.
  4. Once you have saved both files to your computer, attach them to an email and send them to: SupplierDiversity@unchealth.unc.edu.
