FREE Zumba Classes!

The Women's Health Information Center is sponsoring two free Zumba classes to gauge employee interest in a more permanent class offering.  Zumba is a combination of Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create a great fitness class  that will blow you away! The routines might include fast and slow rhythms  great for toning and sculpting your body while burning calories. Zumba is for all levels, you don't need to be a dancer just come prepared to have so much fun!

 

 

The classes will be held Friday 2/20 and Monday 2/23 from 5:00pm-5:45pm in Women's Conference Room 4 on the ground floor of the Women's Hospital.  The classes are free and open to everyone, so please come join us! With questions, please call 984-974-8882 or email stork@unchealth.unc.edu.

Tomatoes, eggplant, sunflowers,  radicchio, zucchini, cabbage, beets, carrots, cucumbers, artichokes, spring onions, sugar snap peas, snow peas, radishes, herbs, lettuce, summer squash, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, chard, new potatoes, fennel, fava beans, mixed flower bouquets, orchids, Japanese and Scarlet Queen turnips, radishes, spring greens including baby turnip greens, spinach, mustard and beet greens!

Participants receive an initial assessment, treatment plan, weekly follow-up, and up to three months of tobacco cessation medication AT NO COST. This program is sponsored by UNC Health Care and provided by the UNC Nicotine Dependence Program and the UNC HCS Healthy Heels Employee Wellness Program.
